360 Degree Feedback
A 360 degree feedback presents the feedback recipients with a diverse and realistic picture of how others experience them in the collaboration. They learn to use their strengths in a targeted manner and receive broad recognition for their professional contributions and achievements. At the same time, behavior patterns are uncovered that are disturbing and perhaps even counterproductive in the eyes of others.
Our best practice feedback system 3sixty is different from many standard instruments. We have consistently implemented everything we have learned from research and practice over the last 40 years. The result is a flexible feedback process that leads to noticeable improvements for all participants.
We have scientifically sound questionnaires for all hierarchical levels in many languages. Meaningful benchmarks facilitate the interpretation of the results.
The feedback triad generates particularly helpful feedback, which we prepare in action-oriented result reports. Our 360° coaches help to draw the right conclusions and derive measures.
The competence model on which the questionnaire is based is scientifically sound and comprises a total of 80 individual questions in the variant for managers, which are assigned to the areas of behavior described below. Further questionnaires are available for top management, project managers and employees without management tasks.

The typical 360° process follows a fixed schedule with three phases.
Our 360° portal is simple and user-friendly. No prior training is required.
We provide a role-based dashboard for process supervisors, with which the status of current feedback processes can be viewed at any time (e.g. employees of the HR department, HR business partners or internal coaches).
The individual feedback report is intuitively comprehensible and forms the basis for working with the results.
The workshop module of the 360° portal allows users to create customised slides, which can be used for a team workshop, for example.
While preserving the anonymity of the individual feedback recipients, aggregated evaluations/group comparisons can be created to show general tendencies in a larger group of feedback recipients.
A 3sixty feedback ends with an action plan. Each feedback recipient had the opportunity to reflect the gained insights with a coach and to exchange possible conclusions for their own behavior. This dialogue results in a written action plan with due dates, which is usually agreed upon with the own manager.
A 3sixty feedback can be directly followed by a so-called Ongoing Feedback. This is a high-frequency feedback with a strong focus on a few behavioral aspects that you have decided to change. Learn more here…
